Factory Master Andre Dierckx Double Signed, Engraved, and Gold Inlaid Belgian Browning Superposed Midas Grade Broadway Trap Shotgun with Case - Serial no. 2102S9, 12 gauge, 32 inch vent rib bbl., blue/gold finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1969. Dual white bead sights on the matted Broadway vent rib, standard markings, wedges of scroll engraving at the breech end, 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors, added porting on the lower barrel, and later added interchangeable choke system for the bottom barrel (installed) and upper choke marked full. The blued action displays full coverage scroll engraving on punch dot background surrounding game
bird scenes showing a trio of pheasant on the left, three mallards on the right, and a quail on the underside. The birds are rendered in fine semi-relief gold inlay with gold inlaid borders around the scenes. The receiver is signed “ADIERCKX” on both sides of the action at the low rear for Master Engraver Andre Dierckx. The triggerguard and tangs are engraved with matching
scroll and checker board patterns and a large gold stylized “G” at the center of the guard. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered trap style forend with engraved fittings and a pistol grip
stock with Pachmayr recoil pad. Includes a factory Naugahyde takedown case and two extra choke tubes (improved cylinder and full). Barrel and stock measurements: bore diameter nine inches from the breech .725/.727 inches; choke constriction .for the upper barrel .038 inches; minimum wall thickness .032/.033 inches; 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 3/4 inch drop at heel; 14 3/8 inch length of pull; weight 8 lbs. 2 oz. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 99% original blue and gold finish with some reapplied blue at the porting, minor handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Factory Master Felix Funken Double Signed and Engraved Belgian Browning Grade II (Pigeon Grade) Superposed Shotgun with Case - Serial no. 31157, 12 gauge, 28 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1952. Blued steel barrels with single bead sight on the matted vent rib, chokes marked “**”/”*” (modified/full), and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors.
The coin gray finished action displays the standard Grade II full coverage floral scroll engraving surrounding scenes of pigeons in flight on the left and right as well as relief carved oak leaf and acorn designs carved at the fences. The gun is signed on both sides at the low rear “FFUNKEN” for factory Master Engraver Felix Funken. The gun features a single trigger and tang mounted safety/selector switch
with gold inlaid “O”, “U”, and “S”. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and round knob pistol grip stock with Browning buttplate. Includes a Browning Naugahyde takedown case. Stock measurements: drop at comb 1 9/16 inches; drop at heel 2 3/8 inches; length of pull 14 3/8 inches; weight 7 lbs. 13 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 98% plus original blue finish, 90% plus original coin finish, light handling evidence, and some oxidation on the coin finish in areas. The wood is very good with numerous small dings and scratches and overall crisp checkering. The case is very fine. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,750 - 4,750

Rare Game Scene Engraved Valmet 412 Shooting System Over/Under Shotgun with Case, Scope, and Extra Rifle Barrel Set - Serial no. 248840, 12 cal., 26 inch vent rib bbl., blue/
satin nickel finish, walnut stock. Blued steel barrels with red fiber optic front and steel mid bead sights on the ventilated rib, 3 inch chambers with ejectors, and
interchangeable choke tube system (improved cylinder/modified installed). The satin nickel action displays sprays of floral scroll engraving in the corners as well as surrounding game scenes of
an elk on the left and a white-tailed deer on the right with a similar motif on the underside around the “412” model marking. The action is fitted with a single selective trigger and manual tang safety.
Mounted in a wonderfully figured, multipoint checkered walnut forend and pistol grip Monte Carlo stock with ebony grip cap and Decelerator recoil pad. Includes Model 412 manuals, information on the 9.3x74R cartridge, and a previous listing stating the engraving was carried out by Master Engraver Ken Hurst, the stock work by Don Allen, and the gun assembled by Master Gunsmith Steven G. Torborg. Also included is a Valmet takedown case, three extra chokes (cylinder, improved modified, and full), two choke wrenches, stock tool, an extra set of 9.3x72R rifle barrels with adjustable regulation (for use with multiple loads) and ejectors, and a Leupold Vari-X III 1.5x5 scope. Stock measurements: 1 1/2 inch drop at the comb; 1 15/16 inch drop at the heel; 13 1/2 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 2 oz. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue finish and 98% plus original stain nickel finish with a few minor handling marks, a plum coloration on the barrels at the breech, and crisp engraving. Stock is very fine with dings and scratches and overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Blued Special Steel barrels with single steel bead sight on the matted vent rib, standard markings, chokes marked “**_”/”**” (improved cylinder/modified), and 3 inch
chambers with automatic ejectors. The blued action features Grade I floral scroll engraving, a single gold trigger, and tang mounted safety/selector switch. Lightly figured, multi-point checkered forend and round knob pistol grip stock with a factory buttplate. Includes a Browning Naugahyde takedown case. Stock measurements: 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 14 3/8 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs. 5 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine overall, retaining 95% plus original blue finish with minor handling evidence, some small dings and scratches in the wood, and sharp checkering on the wood. The
case is also very fine. Mechanically excellent.
