Serial no. 39469, 12 gauge, 29 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin finish,
walnut stock. Blued Bohler Antinit Steel barrels with provision for a front bead (absent) on the matted vent rib, standard 1972 dated Italian proofs, some light engraving
near the breech, and chambers marked 2 3/4 inches with automatic ejectors. The coin finished
sidelock action displays very tasteful light scroll engraving with “SO-4” on the lower tang and “TRAP” inlaid in silver on the triggerguard. The gun features a single trigger and tang mounted
safety/selector switch. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with right hand palm swell and a ventilated Beretta recoil pad. Includes a Beretta takedown case. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech both proved at 18.5/18.4 mm (.728/.724 inches) and measured .731/.730 inches; choke constriction .031/.039 inches; minimum wall thickness .028/.031 inches; 1 5/16 inch drop at comb; 1 13/16 inch drop at heel; 14 9/16 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs. 10 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine overall, retaining 95% plus original blue and 98% plus original coin finish. The gun shows light handling evidence with a few scratches concentrated on the stock, deteriorated recoil pad, and crisp checkering on the wood. The case is very good. Mechanically excellent.

dated Italian proofs, import mark beneath the forend, and 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors.
The coin finished action displays attractive scroll engraving with floral flourishes extending to the toplever, tangs, and triggerguard. The gun features a single trigger and a tang mounted manual safety switch. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and slender straight grip stock with checkered bare butt. Includes a Beretta canvas and leather takedown case and a pair of snap caps. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech proved at 15.9/15.8mm (.626/.622 inches) and both measured .637 inches; choke constriction .026/.036 inches; minimum wall thickness .026/.028 inches; 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 14 5/8 inch length of pull; weight 5 lbs. 7 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine as fully professionally rebuilt, retaining 98% blue and coin finishes with minimal minor handling evidence and sharp checkering on the wood. The case is very fine. Mechanically excellent.

Blued Boehler steel barrels with a single steel bead sight on the matted vent rib, standard Beretta markings, import mark under forend, and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The coin finished sidelock action displays extensive floral and scroll engraving extending to the toplever and triggerguard. The gun features gas checked firing pins, double triggers, and tang mounted manual safety. Nicely figured multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and straight grip stock with ventilated brown rubber recoil pad. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore
