    SWD/Polytech AKS-223 Automatic Rifle, Class III/NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. PF85- 000729, 7.62x39 mm cal., 16 inch round bbl., blue finish, metal stock. Originally manufactured in China by
Poly Tech and imported by Keng’s Firearm Specialty of Atlanta, Georgia, as a semi-automatic rifle, this AKS was upgraded by SWD of Atlanta to a 7.62x39mm select fire assault rifle. Hooded post and tangent rear sights, with a threaded muzzle. The original model and caliber markings on the receiver have been adjusted, with the trunnion bearing the “Factory 416” triangle logo on the left side, the KFS address on the underside ahead of the magazine
and a new safety lever position cut, restoring the traditional AK “safe/full/semi” functionality to the selector. Fitted with a smooth forearm, pistol grip, and an underfolding buttstock.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 98% plus blue finish, showing some minor handling marks overall. The wood
shows mild dings and scuffs. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
