Paula Biesen Signed and Engraved Upgraded Pre-64 Winchester Model 70 Bolt Action Rifle with Scope - Serial no. 71125, 270 Win cal., 22 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Built off of an 1948 manufactured Winchester Model 70 action, this highly attractive rifle features a hand cut
caliber marking on the barrel, original Winchester markings on the action, beautiful light scroll engraving on the bolt handle, and expertly cut floral scroll engraving on the trigger guard, floorplate, and action bolts. The engraving is signed on the front of the floorplate “Eng. P. Biesen” for American engraver Paula Biesen (Malicki) who is daughter and granddaughter to the famous Roger and Al Biesen. Beautifully figured multi-point checkered stock with ebony forend tip, blued engraved grip cap, shadowline cheekpiece, and checkered blue steel buttplate. According to the consignor, the stock work was carried out by the late Clyde James. Includes a Leupold VX-II 2-7x33mm scope.
CONDITION: Very fine as expertly upgraded and engraved, retaining 99% blue finish with minimal minor handling evidence, crisp engraving, and sharp checkering on the stock. Scope optics are clear. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 4,000 - 6,000

Excellent Luxus Arms Model 11 Single Shot Rifle - Serial no. L273, 30-06 cal., 26 inch round bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Manufactured with a sightless barrel with a quarter rib for scope mounting, marked simply “30- 06 SPR” on the left of the chamber. The casehardened action is mounted in a well-contrasted walnut forearm and pistol grip buttstock with casehardened grip cap and Pachmayr recoil pad. Includes shipping box and certificate of ownership. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish and case colors with limited handling marks and crisp stock checkering. Built off of an 1948 manufactured Winchester Model 70 action, this rifle features a hand cut caliber marking on the barrel, original Winchester markings on the action which is mounted with a Leupold VX-3 1.75- 6x33mm scope. Beautifully figured multi-point checkered stock with contrasting forend tip, blued steel grip cap, shadowline cheekpiece, and checkered blue steel buttplate. According to the consignor, the stock work was carried out by the late Clyde James.

James Anderson Upgraded Pre-64 Winchester Model 70 Bolt Action Rifle with Scope - Serial no. 207716, 270 cal., 22 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Blued steel barrel manufactured without sights and simply marked and “270 WCF” at the left of the breech along with “270” and “JRA 91” on the underside at the breech for gunmaker James Anderson. The action is a standard pre-64 Winchester Model 70 which was manufactured in 1962. The gun is mounted with a Leupold FX-11 6x36mm scope. Beautifully figured, fancy fleur-de-lis checkered pistol grip stock with blue steel skeleton grip cap
around the checkered grip cap, raised shadowline cheekpiece, sling studs, and checkered steel buttplate. The stock was checkered by Ed Shilen per the consignor. CONDITION: Very fine as custom upgraded retaining 99% blue finish with minor handling evidence, a few tiny dings on the underside of the stock, and sharp checkering. Scope optics are sharp. Manufactured without sights on the matte stainless barrel which is marked with the Cooper address and the caliber. The blued action has the model markings, serial number, and topped with a Swarovski 4-12x Habicht scope. Mounted in a lightly figured, multipoint checkered pistol grip stock with beavertail forend, blue grip cap, and Pachmayr recoil pad. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish on the action with a couple light handling marks, scuffs on the trigger guard, and crisp stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. Scope is excellent with clear optics and a crisp reticle. Estimate: 1,800 - 2,750 LOT 3542 Cooper Model 21 Bolt Action Rifle with Box - Serial no. A604, 223 Rem cal., 24 inch round bbl., matte stainless/blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured with a sightless matte stainless barrel marked with the Cooper logo on the left side at the middle and caliber at the chamber. The blued action is marked on the left side with the model marking and serial number. Mounted in a nicely figured multipoint checkered walnut pistol grip stock with beavertail forend, blued grip cap, and Decelerator recoil pad. Includes a Cooper Arms box. CONDITION: Very fine with some scuffing and discoloration on the barrel. The action retains 97% original blue finish with some high edge wear. Stock is very fine as well with a few light dings and scratches and overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Box is very fine. Estimate: 1,400 - 2,250
