LOT 1427 Factory Game Scene Engraved W. Collath Underlever Drilling with Scope - Serial no. 19627, 16/16/9.3x80mmR gauge, 27 1/4 inch solid rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Blued steel barrels with beaded blade front and flip-up rear sight along with scope mounts holding a Hensoldt Wetzlar Dailytan 4x scope, 2 1/2 inch chambers with extractor, and choke constrictions of .026/.036 inches. The coin finished action displays scroll engraving around a fox and pheasants on the right and a pair of posturing capercallie cocks and two hens. The gun features
double triggers (front is single set) and a tang mounted selector. Attractively figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and round knob pistol grip stock with raised cheekpiece, engraved cartridge trap, and hard rubber buttplate. Length of pull 14 1/16 inches. Weight 8 lbs. 10 oz.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 85% reapplied blue and 95% original coin finishes with plum hue to the barrels, some light sub-finish pitting, overall light handling evidence, and crisp checkering on the
stock and forend. The scope optics are clear. Mechanically excellent.

Factory Engraved Hanns Korn Boxlock Drilling Two Barrel Set - Serial no. 218, 16/8x57 gauge, 26 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Blued Krupp Flussstahl barrels with beaded blade front and flip-up rear sights on the matted solid rib, band of engraving at either breech, 1924 dated German proofs, shotgun chamber measured 2 3/4 inches with extractor, and choke constriction of .035 inches. The casehardened sideclipped action displays scroll engraving and features double triggers (front single set), Greener style safety, and tang mounted selector. Lightly figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings, and pistol grip stock with raised cheekpiece, “O.R.” stamped on either side of the stock, engraved cartridge compartment, and horn grip cap and buttplate. There is a small crack on either side of the stock head;

LOT 1429 Factory Engraved J. P. Sauer & Sohn Over/Under Hammer Combination Gun - Serial no. 193306, 16/9.3x72R gauge, 27 3/16 inch solid rib bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Blued Krupp Fluss Stahl barrels with beaded blade front and two leaf (one standing, one folding) rear sights on the matted solid rib, chamber measured 2 3/4 inch with extractor, and choke constriction of .017 inches. The casehardened hammer backaction features light scroll engraving, rebounding hammers, and double triggers (front is single set). Nicely figured, multi-point checkered forend and pistol grip stock with casehardened grip cap, raised cheekpiece, and horn buttplate. Length of pull 14 1/16 inches. Weight 6 lbs. 9 oz.
CONDITION: Very good with 90% plus reapplied blue finish, 80% case colors, much of the loss on the left side of the barrels and action along with some light oxidation, and light handling evidence. The stock is fine with a few dings and scratches and sharp recut checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,400 - 2,250
