CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 98% plus original blue and gold finishes with minor handling evidence and some oxidation in areas at

20 gauge, 26 1/2 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin/gold finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1966.
Blued steel barrels with dual white bead sights on the matted vent rib, standard markings, small
wedges of floral scroll and a single band of gold at the upper breech, 3 inch chambers with automatic ejectors, and chokes marked improved cylinder/modified. The coin finished action
displays extensive floral scroll engraving surrounding four exceptional
relief gold inlaid game scenes. The left side of the action has a pointer
flushing a pair of grouse from cover, the underside a pair of quail in flight
as well as a solitary woodcock, and the right side displays a retriever and
a pair of pheasants in a field. In addition the action is border in gold lines as well as gold flowers inlaid into the toplever and the triggerguard. The work is signed “WK” under the toplever for Master Engraver Walter Kolouch. The gun features a single gold trigger and tang mounted manual safety/selector with gold inlaid “S”, “O”, and “U”. Beautiful contrasting American walnut Schnabel tip forend with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with scroll on the flats, a blued grip cap
featuring a gold mallard and scroll, and a factory buttplate. Includes a Browning Naugahyde takedown case. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech .624/.627 inches; choke constriction .006/016 inches; minimum wall

CONDITION: Very fine as masterfully upgraded to the current configuration, retaining 99% blue, coin, and gold finishes with minor handl inlays, some scratches in the wood, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. The case is very fine. Mechanically excellent.
