Very Scarce East German SKS Semi-Automatic Carbine with Bayonet - Serial no. 60F0226, 7.62x39 mm cal., 20 1/2 inch round bbl., blue finish, laminate stock. Developed shortly after the
end of World War II, the SKS was the signature rifle of the Soviet Union and Eastern Bloc states until the introduction of the Kalashnikov family. East Germany used it extensively, often in conjunction with newer AK variants and WWII-vintage 98k and Sturmgewehr rifles. It features a hooded post front and tangent rear sights, the latter marked “SV” in the rear setting. The receiver is marked “K96” next to the serial number, with matching numbers on the bolt carrier and buttstock, along with electro stenciled smaller components. Fitted with a smooth pistol grip stock, and a hinged folding knife bayonet. Includes brown leather sling. CONDITION: Fine overall. 90% plus arsenal refinished blue, with scattered handling marks as well as thinning and spotting focused around the magazine, trigger guard, and buttplate. The stock is very good, with minor handling marks, Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 3,000 - 4,500

World War II British BSA No. 4 Mk I (T) Enfield Bolt Action Sniper Rifle with Scope - Serial no. U36434, 303 British cal., 25 inch round bbl., blue/phosphate finish, walnut stock. This BSA manufactured No. 4 Mk I (T) Enfield sniper rifle is fitted with a No. 32 Mk III scope and mount. “M47/1945/U36434/TR” marked on the left of the stock socket. The comb of the stock has a hardwood cheekpiece held on with two wood screws. Standard blade front sight and absent rear sight. Matching serial number “U36439” marked on the bolt handle. The scope is marked “TEL.STG.No 32 Mk 3/OS.2039A.(logo)No 21321” with a painted “W” on the tube, and it has the standard post and cross-hair reticle pattern, and is fitted in a cast scope mount marked “N92”, “AO899” and “E34234” on the left. CONDITION: Very fine, retains 85% wartime arsenal applied phosphate finish and 70% original blue finish with a few small areas of light pitting. The magazine shows a brown patina. The wood is also very fine with defined edges, some light handling marks, a few cracks visible on top ahead of the buttplate, and crisp stampings. Mechanically excellent. The scope and mount are both fine with some light pitting visible underneath the finish and clear optics, although the focus is nearsighted. Estimate: 3,000 - 4,500

Exceptional Imperial German Spandau Arsenal Model 71/84 Mauser Bolt Action Rifle - Serial no. 6054, 11 mm Mauser cal., 31 1/2 inch round bbl., blue/bright finish, walnut stock. An evolution of the single shot Mauser 1871 infantry rifle, the 71/84 integrates an under-barrel tube magazine and represents an important developmental step towards the Gewehr 98 rifle. Features dovetailed blade front and notched three-leaf folding ladder sights, with the barrel marked “crown/F.W.”, “crown/SPANDAU” and with gothic military crown proofs on the chamber flats, and the receiver marked “I.G. Mod. 71/84.” on the left and “1887.” on the right. All visible serial numbers are matching. Smooth straight grip stock with sling swivels, gothic military crown stampings on the buttstock and a flat buttplate regimentally marked
“K.F.R./E.4.212” on top. Includes reproduction M1907 leather sling. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 95% of original blue finish with light handling marks, light spotting on the bright receiver, and crisp markings. The excellent stock has crisp inspection proofs with an attractive fiddleback grain pattern in the wood. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,600 - 2,500

Excellent Fabrique Nationale Venezuelan Contract Model 1949 Semi-Automatic Rifle - Serial no. 6198, 7 mm Mauser cal., 23 inch round bbl., black finish, walnut stock. Manufactured between 1949 and 1956 as part of the Venezuelan contract, with Venezuelan crest marked on the top of the receiver. It has matching serial numbers, one-line FN address on the right side of the receiver, slotted, detachable muzzle brake, bayonet lug, battle sights, a handguard, and a pistol grip stock with “FUERZAS ARMADAS/VENEZUELA” cartouche on the right, sling swivels, and a ribbed buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 95% plus of original black finish with light handling marks. The stock is excellent with some scattered scratches and crisp stamps with attractive fiddleback grain. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,800 - 2,750 LOT 3386 Soviet Izhevsk Arsenal Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant Bolt Action Sniper Rifle with PU Scope - Serial no. 4442429, 7.62x54 R cal., 29 inch round bbl., blue finish, hardwood stock. The breech of the barrel is “1944” dated above the original serial number (transliterated: “TI199”) on the top of the breech with “4442429” on the left of the breech. Standard left mounted PU scope. The body of the PU scope is marked with a hammer and sickle above “91/30” above “No B-38463/WZR-59” in two lines. The scope mount is numbered “ECh298” on the left. Includes a green canvas web sling and green canvas scope cover. CONDITION: Extremely fine, retains 99% arsenal refurbished blue finish overall with a few spots of minor pitting visible underneath the finish. The stock is also very fine as arsenal refurbished, with a spliced and repaired section visible behind the scope base, and defined edges overall. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,400 - 2,250
