Artillery Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol Rig with Matching Numbered
Magazine, Matching Numbered Shoulder Stock, Holster and Snail
Drum Magazine - Serial no. 3571f, 9 mm Luger cal., 7 7/8 inch round bbl.,
blue finish, walnut grips. “1917” dated chamber and “DWM” monogram on the
toggle link. Blade front and tangent rear sights. Three “crown” and gothic letter military proofs
and an Imperial eagle firing proof on the right of the barrel extension, with the Imperial eagle
on the barrel and breech block. Matching visible serial numbers on various components including
the inside of the left checkered walnut grip, blue finished aluminum magazine with matching numbered walnut base and included board shoulder stock with matching numbered attaching iron and the name “W.T.G. MARSHALL.” handwritten on top of the stock. Also includes a period brown leather holster with maker name and “1915” date on the underside of the flap and handwritten “W.T.G. MARSHALL/A.M.B. Co. 107” inside, a takedown tool, cleaning rod, brown leather suspension belts, and “trommelmagazin” snail drum magazine.
CONDITION: Very fine, retains 85% original blue finish with some light wear spots and handling marks. 70% original straw finish visible on the small parts. The grips are also very fine with a lightened appearance, a chip in the top rear of the left panel, some handling marks and mostly defined checkering. Mechanically excellent. The stock is very fine, with scattered dents and scuffs on the wood, and the leather is fine with some light age related cracking. The snail drum is very good as arsenal refinished over light pitting. Mechanically excellent.

DWM 1908 Navy Luger Semi-Automatic
Pistol - Serial no. 5474b, 9 mm Luger cal., 6 inch round
bbl., blue finish, checkered walnut grips. Correct unmarked
chamber and “DWM” logo on toggle, with “crown” and two
“crown/M” Imperial Navy proofs on left barrel extension along
with a “crown” proof on the breechblock, left side of the barrel
and a “crown/M” proof on the underside of the barrel. Properly
marked safety position and extractor. Fitted with the standard
front sight and unique two-position adjustable Navy rear sight, that is graduated for 100 and 200 meters settings. The numbered parts on the pistol are matching. Straw colored small parts, and Navy nickel magazine with wood base marked with a “crown/M” proof (faint) and a serial number “4511”, with “1504” marked on the spine. This pistol has British proofs on the bottom of the barrel and the right sides of the frame and barrel extension.
CONDITION: Very fine with 75% original finish on the frame with the barrel refinished showing 90% with added holster wear on the muzzle. Quality reproduction Navy rear sight with pin missing on left top toggle. The restrawed colors on small parts are mostly intact. The matching numbered grips are also very fine. Mechanically excellent.

Unique DWM Model 1906 Commercial “Long Frame” Safety Marked Variation Luger Pistol
with Stock Lug and Holster - Serial no. 27272, 7.65 mm Luger Auto cal., 4 3/4 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. This original DWM Model 1906 commercial Luger has a rare Navy style “long frame” with a stock lug. It has the correct early style 4 3/4 inch fast taper style barrel, grip safety, scarce “GESICHERT” marked lower safety area and “GELADEN” extractor. Numbered in the commercial style with full serial number stamped on the underside of the barrel and front of the frame and the last two digits of the serial number stamped on the various small parts. The grips are unnumbered. No proofs are visible anywhere on the pistol. It is complete with one original magazine that has a nickel plated body and an original unmarked wooden base. Includes a second pattern Swiss military Bern leather holster.
CONDITION: Very fine, retains 80% original blue finish with smooth gray and brown patina on the balance. 60% straw colors visible on the small parts. Grips are also very fine with a few small chipped diamond panels. Mechanically excellent. Included holster is fine. Estimate: 3,000 - 4,500

Scarce Portuguese Navy Contract Mauser Banner m/910 Luger
Pistol with Matching Numbered Magazine - Serial no. 2502V, 9 mm Luger
cal., 4 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. This example was manufactured
under a limited contract of approximately 156 Lugers delivered between
the end of 1935 and end of 1941 designated the m/910 for use by the Portuguese Navy, found in the
2284v-2289v, 2501v-2571v and 4301v serial number ranges. Only 127 of these Portuguese Navy m/910
Lugers were fitted with a grip safety. It is chambered in 9 mm, has a blank unmarked chamber, the Mauser
banner on the toggle, 1906 pattern frame, smooth back strap, and fixed sights. The left side of the barrel
extension and underside of the barrel have small “crown/crown/U” firing proofs, and the pistol is numbered in the military manner with matching serial numbers visible on various components including the aluminum magazine base. “SEGURANCA” marked lower safety area and “CARREGADA” marked extractor. Portuguese Navy m/910 Luger pistols.
CONDITION: Fine, retains 60% original blue finish with smooth
gray and brown patina on the balance and some patches of
light pitting. 40% straw colors visible on the small parts. The
grips are also fine with numerous scattered minor chips in the
otherwise defined checkering. Mechanically excellent.
