Factory A. Crousse and Jean Diet Signed, Master Engraved, and Gold Inlaid Belgian Browning B25 Gold Classic Superposed 20 Gauge Shotgun -
Serial no. P33GC086, 20 gauge, 26 1/2 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Blued Special Steel barrels with single white bead sight on the matted vent rib, standard markings, chokes marked “**-”/”**”, and 2 3/4 inch chambers with
automatic ejectors. The coin grey finished boxlock action displays beautiful scroll engraving surrounding gold inlaid decorations. The right side shows a pointer flushing a pair of quail along with a bust of John Browning and “BROWNING GOLD CLASSIC”, the left side shows
a pointer flushing a pair of pheasant over “086 OF FIVE HUNDRED”, and
the underside has a bust of a grouse all rendered in highly detailed gold. The engraving extends to the toplever, both tangs, and
the trigger guard which shows a gold inlaid Browning logo. The right side of the action is signed “A. CROUSSE”, and the left side
is signed “JEAN H. DIET” for Engraver Andre Crousse and Master Engraver Jean H. Diet. The gun features a single trigger and tang
mounted safety selector switch with gold inlaid “”’, “U”, and “S”. Beautifully figured, fancy floral multi-point checkered Schnabel tip
forend with engraved fittings and straight grip stock with Browning buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter
nine inches from the breech .621/.622 inches; choke constriction .006/.014 inches; minimum wall .036/.034 thickness inches; 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 3/8 inch drop at heel; 14 1/16 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue and coin finishes with limited handling marks and crisp engraving and stock
checkering. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 6,000 - 9,000

Engraved and Gold Inlaid Belgian Browning Mallard Special Edition Superposed Shotgun - Serial no. 8G4PM00291, 12 gauge, 28 inch vent rib bbl., blue/
coin finish, walnut stock. Produced in 1980. Dual white bead sights on the vented rib, 2 3/4” chambers with full and modified chokes, and standard markings on the sides of the upper barrel. The coin finished frame has
over 97% coverage with matte backed scrollwork on all sides. Gold inlaid borders and the following scenes with raised gold ducks: a
     light scratches on the comb. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 5,500 - 7,500
pair of mallards in flight over a wetland on the right, Two mallards
landing on the left, a close up of the mallard head on the trigger
guard, and one taking off and one in flight on the underside, above
and below an inlaid banner reading “AMERICAN MALLARD ANAS PLATYRHYNCHOS/291 of 500”. Extra fancy checkered walnut pistol grip stock with semi-beavertail forearm, superb grain and a skip-line checkered bare butt. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech .725/.724 inches; choke constriction .019/.037 inches; minimum wall thickness .040/.038 inches; 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 3/8 inch drop at heel; 14 3/8 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs 3 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent with 98% original finish and some light handling marks. The wood is also excellent with some small dings and

P33BC0147, 20 gauge, 26 inch
vent rib bbl., blue/grey finish,
walnut stock. Made in Japan, assembled and engraved in Belgium by FN. Single steel
   bead sight on matte vent rib barrel, 2 3/4” chambers and choked improved cylinder/modified (**/_**. The receiver is scroll engraved with a dog chasing a pheasant and “ONE OF FIVE THOUSAND” marked on the left, a dog chasing two quail, an oval encircled depiction of John Browning and “BROWNING CLASSIC” marked on the right and an oval encircled grouse on the bottom. Gold washed trigger, gold filled Browning Buck on the
trigger guard, and tang mounted safety. Checkered extra fancy American walnut forearm and straight grip stock with black plastic Browning buttplate. Complete with original box numbered to gun and picture sleeve.
CONDITION: Excellent overall with 98% original finish with some minor scratches towards the muzzle end of the barrels and light handling marks overall. The wood is also excellent with only some minor varnish loss near the receiver and lower tang. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good.
