LOT 1645 Factory Engraved Winchester Super Grade XTR Over/Under Combination Gun with Box - Serial no. SR001471, 12/5.6x57 gauge, 25 inch solid rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Beaded blade front and folding rear sights on the matted solid rib which is marked “SUPER GRADE” and hosts quick detach scope mounts. The shotgun chamber is marked 3 inches with an automatic ejector and WinChoke chokes (extra full installed) and both barrels show German proofs. The coin finished action displays extensive floral scroll engraving with “WINCHESTER/Super Grade” marked on the underside. The gun features a single trigger and a tang mounted safety/ selector switch. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with blued grip cap, raised cheekpiece, and Winchester brown rubber buttplate. Includes the original factory box, scope rings, and three extra choke tubes (modified, improved modified, and full). Length of pull 14 1/16 inch. Weight 8 lbs. 8 oz. coin finishes, limited handling evidence, some slight discolorations in the coin, and sharp checkering on the wood. The box is very good with minor staining and storage wear.
