the beloved Parker shotgun. Single brass bead sight on the solid matte rib, “1” marked on the lump, 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors, and chokes marked “MOD”/”FULL”. The casehardened receiver shows the standard DHE grade
engraving of hunting dogs on either side and a covey of pheasants on the underside along with “PARKER”. The
gun features a single selective trigger and automatic tang mounted safety switch. Beautifully figured, multi-point
checkered walnut splinter forearm with engraved fittings including the Deeley latch release and straight grip stock with carved flats, blank inscription oval, and engraved skeletonized buttplate around checkered bare butt. Includes a second set
of matching serial numbered 26 inch 28 gauge barrels with a “2” on the lump, 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors, and chokes marked “Q1”/”Q2”. Also included is a leather bound takedown case that houses the whole set, a canvas cover, and two nickel snap caps as well as the original boxes and shipping box. Barrel measurements for set “2” (R/L): bore diameters measured nine
inches from the breech .554/.553 inches; choke constriction .010/.009 inches. Barrel and stock measurements for set “1” (R/L): bore diameters measured nine
inches from the breech .554/.554 inches; choke constriction .019/.035 inches; 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 1/8 inch drop at heel; 14 3/16 inch length of pull; weight 5 lbs. 7 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish and case colors with limited handling marks, a couple spots of dried grease on both barrel sets, and crisp engraving and stock checkering. Mechanically needs adjustment as only the selected barrel will fire without recocking and selecting the other barrel manually. Box and case are very fine with storage and handling marks.

forearm with engraved fittings including the Deeley latch release and pistol grip stock with
carved flats, blank inscription oval, and engraved skeletonized buttplate around checkered bare butt. Includes leather takedown case, a glass oiler, and two snap caps. Barrel and stock measurements (R/L): bore diameters measured nine inches from the breech .619/.619 inches; choke constriction .011/.017 inches; minimum wall thickness .033/.036 inches; 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 1/16 inch drop at heel; 14 1/4 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs. 12 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and casehardened finishes, limited minor handling evidence, a few tiny dings in the wood, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. The case is very fine. Mechanically excellent.
