Only a very small number of Model
1912 pistols are known to exist today,
as most did not survive testing.
CONDITION: Fine as restored, retains 85% blue finish, 60%
niter blue finish on small components, with some patches of
minor pitting, and a distinct slide inscription. Grip is also fine,
with minor handling marks in the otherwise crisp checkering.
Mechanically excellent. This rare Mauser Model 1912 semi-
automatic pistol serves well as a solid representative example of
an evolutionary footnote in the development of Mauser pistols!
