World War II Hungarian “jhv/44” German Military Model 98/40 Bolt Action Rifle -
Serial no. 506m, 7.92 mm cal., 23 3/4 inch round bbl., blue finish, laminate stock. Manufactured in 1944 in Hungary under German
occupation. Hooded blade front and tangent rear sights, with matching numbers on the barrel bands, floorplate, triggerguard, bolt and buttstock, a
brown leather sling and a flat steel buttplate.
CONDITION: Fine, 70% original blue finish, with a mixed brown and gray patina on the barrel bands and floorplate, minor spotting and light wear. The stock is
also fine, with cracks at the buttplate and wrist along with minor scuffs. Mechanically excellent.

Code K98k Bolt Action Rifle with Bayonet - Serial no. 4339o, 7.92 mm cal., 23
3/4 inch round bbl., blue finish, laminate stock. Manufactured in 1943.
Featured hooded fixed post front and adjustable tangent rear sights, “eagle/
swastika/749” proofed and “bcd/43” manufacturer code marked receiver
ring, and “avk 4 43by” code marked barrel. Matching visible serial numbers
on the bolt assembly, trigger guard, magazine floor plate, both barrel bands, and the rear sight assembly. Fitted with a matching numbered laminate hardwood handguard and stock with
waffenamts on the underside. Includes a leather sling and “W.K.C.” marked bayonet with a “41cvl” marked metal sheath.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 85% plus original blue finish with smooth brown patina on the balance, some light edge wear, minor freckling/spotting, light cycling wear, minor handling marks, along
with clear and bright markings. The stock is also very fine as restored with some minor compression marks. Mechanically excellent. The bayonet is fine.

Excellent Late World War II German Walther “ac/45” Code K43 Semi-Automatic Rifle
- Serial no. 5795a, 7.92 mm cal., 22 inch round bbl., blue finish, laminate stock. Manufactured in 1945 by Walther (ac)
on a rough forged receiver marked “K43 ac/45” on the left. Hooded blade front sight and military tangent rear sight graduated from 100-
1200. The bolt carrier has a hollow cocking handle and lacks provision for a bolt catch. Right side mounting rail, unthreaded muzzle, “eagle/359” proofed
components, “gcb” code “K43” marked magazine, and cupped trapdoor buttplate. Fitted with a smooth pistol grip laminated stock with faint Waffenamt stamps and a brown leather
sling. Matching serial number marked on the receiver, bolt carrier and bolt.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 85% of the original blue and 90% plus original phosphate finish, with mild dings concentrated on the barrel, and light thinning and wear overall. The stock
is very fine, with some layer separation visible on the underside of the wrist, dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.

Exceptional World War II German “dot/1941” Code Brno Model G33/40 Mauser Bolt Action Mountain Carbine - Serial
no. 7628b, 7.92 mm cal., 19 1/2 inch round bbl., blue finish, hardwood stock. Manufactured in 1941 in occupied Czechoslovakia, the G33/40 is a short
barreled Mauser-action carbine chiefly associated with the “Gebirgsjaeger” mountain troops. Hooded blade front and tangent rear sights, with “eagle/63” and “eagle/swastika”
markings on the “dot/1941” marked receiver. Matching serial numbers visible on the receiver, bolt handle and stock. Smooth pistol grip stock with
a reinforcement plate on the left side of the butt. Included with the carbine are a leather receiver cover, and a brown leather sling.
CONDITION: Exceptionally fine, with 85% plus original blue finish, showing some spotting, thinning and a few minor scratches and dings. The
stock is fine, with a number of scuffs, dings and dents. Mechanically excellent.

Late World War II German Brunn/BRNO “swp45” Code
“Kriegsmodell” 98k Last Ditch Bolt Action Rifle with Rare Sheet
Metal Rear Sight - Serial no. 75754a, 7.92 mm cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue/phosphate
finish, laminate stock. Manufactured in 1945, the “kriegsmodell” 98 could be seen as a predecessor of the “volkswaffen/
volksgewehr” last ditch weapons, attempts to streamline the manufacturing process, reducing the amount of detail
work required to put out a working weapon. In addition to eliminating the bayonet lug, this example also has a rare
simplified sheet metal leaf rear sight with a fixed battle range notch. Fitted with a hooded
blade front sight, with the barrel marked “dot/11” in a shield near “45/”, “Mod.98/swp45”
on the receiver ring, matching numbered bolt, and “svw” and “qnw” on the stamped
triggerguard and floorplate, respectively. The stock is a correct “rough cut” variant, which
required less time to produce in the manufacturing process. The phosphate finish barrel
bands are stamped sheet metal secured with screws, with a brown leather sling and a
cupped steel buttplate.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 90% plus original combination blue/phosphate finish, showing areas of brown patina, mild
wear and spotting. The stock is also excellent, with some mild dings and chips. Mechanically excellent.
