Signed, Master Engraved, and Gold Inlaid John Bollinger/Mountain Riflery Inc.
Bolt Action Rifle with Swarovski Scope - Serial no. RD09, 257 WBY magnum cal., 25 inch round bbl.,
blue/coin/gold finish, walnut stock. Founded in 1986, John Bollinger’s Mountain Riflery Inc. has earned a
reputation for building some of the finest rifles in the world, with this exemplary rifle being a magnificent example of the firm’s
level of craftsmanship. Built with a blued barrel featuring no provisions for open sights and showing a single gold band at the muzzle, “Two Fifty Seven/
WEATHERBY” and “John Bollinger/RIFLEMAKER” on the left and right respectively at the chamber area, and a gold inlaid band at the breech. The barrel is fitted
to the blued highly modified Model 70 controlled round feed action which displays absolutely stunning coin finished scroll engraving with cockerel heads on either side of
both of the square bridges surrounded by gold inlaid line borders as well as a coin finished banner reading “RD09” on the left action rail. The rifle also features a jewelled bolt,
four-panel checkered bolt handle, three-position safety, extended upper tang with gold line inlays, and integrally machined quick detach scope bases holding a Swarovski
Z6i 2-12x50 mm scope in a set of scope rings engraved and gold inlaid to match the action. The blued bottom metal displays more of the gold bordered coin finishes scroll
with a grotesque mask on the inside-the-bow release trigger guard and a semi-relief gold inlaid scene depicting a pronghorn buck and doe on the straddle floorplate. The
engraving is signed on the floorplate “M.W. DUBBER”, the signature of world renowned American Master Engraver Mike Dubber. The rifle is fitted to the magnificently figured
and intricate fancy ribbon and fleur-de-lis checkered pistol grip stock which Bollinger is known for with ebony forend tip, ball sling swivels over steel escutcheons engraved
and gold inlaid to match, a semi-relief gold inlaid pronghorn buck on the grip cap, right hand palm swell, expertly executed flowing shadowline cheekpiece, and a Pachmayr
Old English recoil pad.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue, coin, and gold finishes with minor handling evidence and sharp checkering on the stock. Mechanically excellent.

Engraved Continental Arms Co. Belgian Mauser Bolt Action Rifle with Scope - Serial no.
2351, 8x68 mm cal., 24 1/2 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured between 1959-1964. Raised front
sight base with flip up hood, beaded blade, and flip up “moon bead” front sights, mid barrel band with sling eye, three-leaf (one standing,
two folding) rear notch sight on a raised quarter rib, and standard markings and proofs on the barrel. The receiver features leafy scroll engraving, hand matted
areas on top of the ring and bridge, left side mounted Griffin & Howe scope base with K. Kahless Helia Super 1.5-4x scope, jewelled bolt body and extractor, and
matching engraved bolt handle knob. The floorplate is engraved with a small deer scene surrounded by leafy scroll patterns and the trigger guard is engraved to match. Checkered
walnut pistol grip stock with contrasting forend cap, engraved trapdoor grip cap (containing extra front sight blade), raised cheekpiece, and solid rubber recoil pad.
CONDITION: Excellent with 98% original bright blue finish, some scattered mild and handling marks, and light cycling marks on the bolt body and extractor. The stock is also excellent
with some small scattered dings and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Scope is very good with some exterior scratches and clear optics.
