Vero Beach Production Knight’s Manufacturing Co. SR-25 “Match” Semi-Automatic
Rifle with Scope and Factory Invoice - Serial no. 24040, 7.62x51mm NATO (308) cal.,
24 inch heavy round bbl., anodized/phosphate finish, synthetic stock. Designed in collaboration between C.
Reed Knight, Jr. and Eugene Stoner (inventor of the AR-10 and AR-15), this is an example of a 1990s Vero Beach,
Florida, produced Knight’s Manufacturing Co. (also known as Knight’s Armament Co.) SR-25 semi-automatic
“Match” rifle, manufactured prior to the company moving to Titusville, Florida, c. late 2001. Features a “Match
Rifle” configuration upper receiver assembly with an unthreaded 24 inch target contour barrel, Picatinny gas
block, free-floating carbon fiber tube forend, chrome plated bolt carrier with solid firing pin retaining pin, with
an “EF9 40” and “PM” marked chrome plated bolt. The lower receiver bears the Knight’s Mfg. Co. logo, “STONER/
RIFLE/SR-25” model designation, and serial number on the left of the magazine well, with the Vero Beach, Florida,
manufacturer address on the right of the magazine well. Matching serial numbers on the upper and lower
receiver. Fitted with a A2 pattern checkered polymer pistol grip and fixed buttstock with checkered polymer
buttplate. Topped off with a Leupold Vari-X III 3.5x10 scope. Includes a matching serial numbered factory test
target dated 8/19/94 showing a .425 inch group size at 100 yards, a matching serial numbered factory invoice
dated 8/23/94 listing the rifle with Leupold scope and rings, a factory SR-25 sales brochure, five extra magazines,
sling, manual, and some scanned copies of SR-25 related magazine articles.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retains 98% original phosphate and anodized finishes with minimal handling marks. Mechanically
excellent. Scope is also excellent, with crisp clear optics.

Rare and Exceptional Pre-Ban Curio & Relic 1966 Production Non-Prefix Colt AR-15 SP1 Semi-
Automatic Rifle - Serial no. 07896, 223 Rem cal., 20 inch round bbl., black anodized/oxide finish, synthetic
stock. Manufactured in 1966, when Colt temporarily stopped use of the “SP” prefix in SP1 rifle serial numbers,
in the “07600” to “08200” range, before resuming its use shortly thereafter. With only a few hundred produced
in total, non-prefix SP1 rifles like this example are thus rarely encountered and very desirable in most any
condition for serious enthusiasts and collectors of the Colt AR-15. Features standard markings on the slab-side lower
receiver, with a three-prong flash hider on the “MP”, “S”, and “12” marked barrel, elevation adjustable winged post
front sight on the “A” frame gas block with bayonet lug, windage adjustable two leaf rear peep sight on the fixed carry handle upper receiver with short deflector
and without a forward assist, unserrated bolt carrier with chrome plated firing pin and “MPC” marked bolt, and a two-piece buffer. Fitted with a checkered pistol
grip, long vented triangular handguard, fixed buttstock with ribbed rubber buttpad, and magazine with “COLT AR-15” marked on the floorplate.
CONDITION: Exceptionally fine, retaining 95% original black anodized and 85% plus original oxide finishes with smooth brown patina on the balance of the
barrel some light freckling on the dust cover and a few other small steel components, some light handling marks, and clear roll-marks. The furniture is very fine
with some light handling wear. Mechanically excellent.

Scarce La France Specialties Model M16K-45 Semi-Automatic Carbine - Serial
no. X1025, 45 ACP cal., 16 inch round bbl., black anodized/phosphate finish,
synthetic stock. Developed c. 1980s by
Timothy F. La France of La France Specialties
and based off of his earlier designs for the
M16K pistol-caliber AR-15 pattern carbine, scaled up for the .45 ACP cartridge
with proprietary upper and lower receiver designs. According to the consignor, no more than 30 examples of this
specific configuration were offered to the commercial market. Features an adjustable A2 pattern winged post front
sight on the handguard and a dual flip-peep rear sight on the fixed carry handle upper receiver without a forward
assist and marked with the La France Specialties “circle/LS” forge marking on the right side, a barrel with integrated
compensating ports near the muzzle, along with the manufacturer name, address, model designation, caliber marking,
and serial number on the right side of the magazine well designed for use with modified Thompson SMG magazines.
Fitted with a “bullet button” pattern magazine release, a proprietary free-floating handguard, A2 pattern pistol grip,
and an A2 pattern buttstock. Includes four extra compatible magazines.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 97% plus original black anodized and phosphate finishes with a few minor handling marks and some wear in the
ejection port. Mechanically excellent.
