Game Scene Engraved, and Gold and Silver Inlaid
Krieghoff K-32 Crown Grade Over/Under Shotgun
Four Barrel Set with Case - Serial no. 5286, 12 gauge,
28 inch vent rib bbl., blue/gold/silver finish, walnut stock.
Built with blued Bohler Laufstahl barrels featuring dual bead
sights on the matted raised vent rib which is marked with a gold “12”, standard markings, light engraving bordered by gold inlaid lines at the breech, 1969 dated German
proof marks, chokes marked “S”/”S” (skeet/skeet), and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The barrels are fitted to the blued action which displays attractive deep
scroll engraving surrounding a pair of relief gold and silver inlaid game scenes depicting a silver setter flushing a trio of gold pheasants on the left side and a silver bird of
prey swooping on a trio of gold mallards on the right all bordered by a gold inlaid line. The toplever shows a gold inlaid coronet as does the underside of the action just
above “Krieghoff/Model 32” inlaid in gold. The engraving is signed “W. Niemeier” at the rear of the upper tang. The gun features a single selective gold trigger and a tang
mounted manual safety (disabled). The gun is fitted with a beautifully figured and multi-point checkered beavertail forend with engraved blued iron and a pistol grip stock
with checkered flats, contrasting wood grip cap with gold diamond inscription plate, and a
Pachmayr White Line recoil pad. Includes three extra matching numbered and engraved 28
inch barrel sets, one each in .410 bore, 28 gauge, and 20 gauge. Also includes a leather
case that houses the entire set. Barrel measurements

CONDITION: Very fine overall as professionally
refurbished, retaining 99% blue and silver finishes,
minor loss of gold on the barrels, minor handling
evidence, a mark on the forend beside the release,
and sharp checkering on the stock and forend.
Mechanically excellent. The case is very good with
some storage/transit wear, and the extra barrel sets
are all excellent with minor loss of gold.
