featuring a beaded blade
front sight, a flip-up rear
sight, and a swing mount holding a Schmidt & Bender Zenith 2.5-10x56 mm
scope on the matted flat solid rib, 1992 dated German proof marks, import mark
ahead of the forend lug, front sling swivel, and oak leaf engraving
at the breech. The shotgun barrel features 3 inch chambers with
extractor and a choke constriction of .028 inches. The 5.6 mm barrel is chambered for 5.6x52R (.22 Savage Hi Power)
and can be adjusted at the muzzle to match the point of impact with the 30-06 barrel. The barrels are fitted to the coin
finished hand detachable sidelock action which features near full coverage relief oak leaf engraving surrounding a pair
of bull moose with their cows in a forest on the left, a calling capercaillie on the underside, a fox pouncing at a family
of hares on the right, and a bird on the trigger guard, all cut in highly attractive detailed relief. The gun features bolsters,
double Kersten crossbolts, double triggers (front single set), selector on top of the action, and manual cocking piece at the
tang. The gun is fitted with a richly figured and multi-point checkered Schnabel tip forend with engraved coin finished iron and a pistol grip stock with
Bavarian style cheekpiece, rear sling swivel, and a Decelerator recoil pad. Length of pull 14 3/8 inches. Weight 10 lbs. 4 oz. (with scope).
CONDITION: Very fine overall, retaining 99% professionally refurbished blue and coin original finishes with minor handling evidence, stock stain a deeper hue
than the forend, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent. The scope optics are sharp.

and German claw mounts holding a Swarovski Z8i 2-16x50 mm
scope on the matted flat solid rib, 1993 dated German proof
marks, import mark ahead of the forend lug, front sling swivel, and scroll engraving at the breech. The shotgun barrel
features a 3 inch chamber with extractor and a choke constriction of .029 inches. The 5.6 mm barrel is chambered for
5.6x52R, the European designation for .22 Savage Hi Power. The barrels are fitted to the coin finished hand detachable
sidelock action which features near full coverage relief scroll engraving surrounding a roaring red stag with two hinds
in a forest on the left and a trio of wild boars in a forest scene on the right, both cut in highly attractive detailed relief. The
gun features bolsters, double Kersten crossbolts, double triggers (front single set), selector on top of the action, and manual
cocking piece at the tang. The gun is fitted with a beautifully figured and multi-point checkered forend with engraved coin finished iron and a pistol grip stock with a coin finished and
engraved grip cap with “JJ” monogram, Bavarian style cheekpiece, rear sling swivel, and a Decelerator recoil pad. Length of pull 14 5/16 inches. Weight 10 lbs. 5 oz. (with scope).
