“Low Grip Screw” Mauser
Commercial Model HSc Semi-
Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 701124,
7.65 mm auto cal., 3 1/4 inch round bbl., blue
finish, hardwood grips. Fixed sights, with the
Mauser banner and 2-line address, model, and caliber
markings on the left side of the slide, and the “eagle/N” commercial proofs on the right side of the slide and trigger guard. The barrel is numbered
to match the frame, and the grips are the early pattern with low screw positioning, and a lanyard hole runs through the butt and backstrap. CONDITION: Excellent, with 97% plus original blue finish, showing some bright edge wear, a few dings on the frontstrap, and light handling marks overall. The grips are very fine, with some oil staining and minor chipping around the edges, a crack on the lower portion of the right panel, and minor dings and scratches. Safety
needs adjustment, otherwise
mechanically fine.

plastic grips. Fixed sights with
the Suhl address and caliber
markings on the left side of the
slide, “PATENT” on the reverse,
“eagle/N” proofs on the right
side of the slide frame and
muzzle, and an “eagle/C” Police
Acceptance Stamp on the left
trigger guard web. A matching
serial number is present on the
underside of the slide as well as
on both included magazines,
which are also numbered “I”
and “II”. With a serrated safety
and decocker and checkered grips.
Includes a black leather 1942 dated
Fischer holster.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 95% plus
original blue finish, showing some
light edge wear and handling marks
overall, and the start of a gray
patina on the backstrap. The grips
are very fine, with some light scuffs. The holster is very fine, with some light stress lines and scuffing.
Mechanically excellent.

War II German Kriegsmarine
Marked Mauser Model 1934 Semi-Automatic Pistol Rig
with Holster and Two Matching
Magazines - Serial no. 582779, 7.65
mm auto cal., 3 3/8 inch round bbl.,
blue finish, hardwood grips. Manufactured from 1936-1941, this is one of approximately 23,000 Mauser Model 1934 pistols procured by the German Kriegsmarine. Blade and notch sights, with the one-line Oberndorf address on the
left side of the slide, “Cal. 7,65-D.R.P.u.A.P.”
on the right, the Mauser banner and Kriegsmarine “eagle/swastika/M” on the left
side plate, and “N/6304” on the front strap. These markings are typical for a sidearm in
the Kriegsmarine inventory, specifically one processed and issued through a depot on
the North Sea (or “Nordsee” in German). It is fitted with a checkered walnut wraparound grip. Both of the included magazines are numbered to match on the floorplates,
with one additionally marked “X” to designate it the spare. With a brown leather flap holster with a Kriegsmarine “eagle/swastika/M” on the body and faint hand markings on the
interior of the flap.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 90% plus original high polish blue finish, showing a gray patina on the frontstrap, minor edge wear and light handling marks. The grips are very fine, with mild scratches, and the holster is fine with some cracking, stains and scuffs. The thumb safety needs adjustment, otherwise mechanically fine. Estimate: 3,500 - 5,500

Model HP Semi-Automatic Pistol - Serial no.
12588, 9 mm cal., 4 3/4 inch round bbl., blue
finish, plastic grips. Forerunner to the Walther P.38,
the Walther HP (Heeres Pistole, literally Army Pistol) is
most commonly seen proofed for commercial sale in Germany
and abroad, with military inspected examples less frequently
seen. Blade and notch sights, with the standard address, caliber
and model markings on the left side of the slide, matching
numbers on the frame, slide, barrel and locking block. Commercial “eagle/N” proofs are present on the slide and locking block, Walther’s “eagle/359” military inspection proof on the right side of the slide, and “35” stamped on the left side of the frame. Fitted with a set of brown plastic grips and a blued magazine, numbered “35” on the spine to match the frame but otherwise unmarked.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 98% plus bright original high polish blue finish, showing a few spots of copper-tone patina, bright edge wear and mild handling marks. The grips are in equal condition, with some light scuffs. The safety lever hangs up a bit, otherwise mechanically excellent.
