Stefano Muffolini Signed Master Engraved Rizzini S792 EMEL Over/Under Shotgun with Case - Serial no. 37247, 12 gauge, 28 inch solid rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Blued steel barrels with a single steel bead on the matted rib, 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors, and chokes marked improved cylinder/modified. Coin sideplated action with nearly full coverage tight English scroll with game scenes at the rear of the sideplates containing a grouse in a mountainous scene
on the left and a duo of woodcocks in a marsh. The engraving continues onto the upper tang and pierced top lever. The engraving was executed by Master Engraver Stefano Muffolini who signed the right side of the
trigger plate. Mounted in a magnificently figured, highly contrasted, multipoint checkered walnut Schnabel tip
forend with Anson button release and engraved fittings and straight grip stock with checkered bare butt. Includes a takedown case containing a pair of snap caps. Barrel and stock measurements: bore 9 inches from the breech 725/.725 inches; choke constriction .010/.020 inches; minimum wall thickness .029/.030; drop at the comb 1 9/16 inches; drop at the heel 2 3/8 inches; length of pull 14 13/16 inches; weight 7 lbs. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue and coin finishes with limited minor handling marks, crisp engraving, and crisp stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. a blacked out background in center on either side and top lever. Fitted with a single trigger and manual safety.
Mounted in a nicely contrasted multipoint checkered walnut forend and semi-pistol grip buttstock with black recoil pad. Includes a Caesar Guerini hard case containing an extra 28 inch 28 gauge barrel set with chamber marked 2 3/4 inches and interchangeable choke tubes (modified/full installed), four extra 20 gauge chokes (modified, improved modified, improved cylinder, and cylinder), three extra 28 gauge chokes (improved modified, improved cylinder, cylinder), and two choke tools. Factory Master F. Bielli Signed Game Scene Engraved Beretta Model 689E Over/Under Double Rifle with Scope - Serial no. D99474B, 9.3x74R cal., 24 inch solid rib bbl., blue/bright coin finish, walnut stock. Blued steel barrels with a brass beaded blade front sight, two position (one standing, one folding) rear sight, and scope mounts holding a Leupold VX-II 2-7x33mm Shotgun scope on the partially matted solid rib. The barrels show light engraving at the upper breech, a gold inlaid “1” at the base of the rib, and 1986 dated Italian proofs. The bright coin finished action displays three big game busts with a bugling elk on the left, a red stag on the right, and a wild boar on the underside, all surrounded
by light border engraving with flourishes around the bolts and pivot pin. The triggerplate is signed “Bielli” to the right and ahead of the trigger guard. The rifle features a pair of gold washed triggers and a tang mounted manual safety switch. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered Schnabel forend with engraved shoe and a gold inlaid “1” on the release lever and pistol grip stock with cheekpiece, blank
inscription oval, and factory ventilated brown rubber recoil pad. Length of pull 14 3/8 inches. Weight 8 lbs. 12 oz. including scope. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and bright coin finishes, limited minor handling evidence, some wear to the recoil pad, and overall sharp checkering on the stock and forend. The scope optics are sharp. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 4,000 - 6,000
