Upgraded Winchester Marked
Deluxe Style Model 61 Slide Action Rifle in 22 Short with Box - Serial no. 245307, 22 short cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1959 in the highly desirable and much sought
after 22 short caliber. The rifle features a dovetail front sight and a sporting type rear sight on a barrel marked with standard markings followed by “22 SHORT” on the left side ahead of the rear sight. The factory proof is stamped on the receiver and barrel. The receiver is grooved for scope mounting and marked “WINCHESTER / TRADE MARK” highlighted in red on the left side. Nicely figured pistol grip
stock with checkered forearm and grip area with a Winchester
grip cap and checkered Winchester buttplate. Complete with box numbered to the gun and hanging tag.
CONDITION: Near mint. The rifle retains over 99% blue finish with numerous minor scratches on the magazine. The wood is also near mint with the exception of a professionally repaired hairline crack on the forearm (right side). The checkering is sharp. Mechanically excellent. The box is excellent. Features beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear notch sights, standard barrel markings, Winchester “WP” proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech, and matching serial numbers on the upper and lower receiver groups. Fitted with a flat bottom grooved walnut forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with checkered plastic
Winchester buttplate. Includes original box, warranty card, and hang tag.

22 WRF cal., 24 inch octagon bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1900. Fitted with beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear sight. Standard barrel address with the desirable “22 W.R.F.” caliber marking. The receiver and trigger group have the desirable
casehardened finish with a blued barrel. Mounted with a 12 groove forend and lightly figured straight grip buttstock. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine, retaining 95% original blue and 80% plus vibrant case colors with some light handling marks, a slide retraction mark, and light high edge wear.           LOT 3102 Winchester Model 61 Slide Action Rifle in Scarce .22 LR for Shot Only - Serial no. 280179, 22 shot gauge, 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1960. Single nickel bead sight on the Winchester counterbored smooth bore barrel which bears standard markings with the desirable “22 L.RIFLE/FOR SHOT ONLY” stamping. Winchester “WP” proofs on barrel and receiver at the breech, matching numbers on the receiver and trigger guard assembly, smooth trigger, serrated hammer catch, and non-drilled upper tang. Plain figured, 17-groove forend and smooth pistol grip stock with checkered Winchester buttplate.

 LOT 3103 Pre-World War II Winchester Model 61 Octagon Barrel Slide Action Rifle in Scarce 22 WRF - Serial no. 49471, 22 WRF cal., 24 inch octagon bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 1940. The rifle is in scarce .22 WRF caliber with an octagon barrel configuration, which Winchester offered from 1932-1946. It is fitted with a beaded blade front sight and elevation adjustable rear sight. The upper left barrel flat is stamped with the Winchester legend ending in “-.22 LONG R.-,” and the factory oval proof is on the barrel and receiver. Mounted on an 11-groove forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 90% plus original blue finish with some handling marks, slide retraction wear, and some high edge wear. Stock is very fine as reoiled with some dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
