Excellent Late World War II Walther
“ac 45” Code Zero Series P.38 Semi-
Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 026562, 9 mm Luger Auto cal., 5
inch part round bbl., blue finish, composite grips. From 1945
production, manufactured using non-standard P.38 components,
including Model HP and formerly redirected commercial parts, with an
estimated production total of less than 2,000 as described on page 189
of Warren H. Buxton’s “ The P.38 Pistol: Volume Two.” Features fixed blade
front and notch rear sights, ribbed Bakelite grips, “ac 45” production code on the left side of slide, and “eagle/359” acceptance proof on the right side of the slide and locking block. Matching “0” prefix serial numbers on the barrel, slide, and frame with a matching “562” partial on the locking block. With a dull late war blue finish on all components. Includes a “P.38v.” marked blued magazine.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 97% plus
original late war blue finish with minor edge wear,
faint spotting, plum discoloration, and well defined
marking. Mechanically excellent.

Exceptional Late World War II German Occupation
Radom VIS-35 Semi-Automatic Pistol - Serial no.
k1405, 9 mm cal., 4 3/4 inch round bbl.,
gray phosphate finish, hardwood grips.
Originally the main sidearm of Poland’s
military, the VIS-35 was rebranded the
P35(p) and pressed into service by the
Germans following their invasion and occupation of Poland. This
late war production example has rough machined parts with wartime
phosphate finish, fixed sights with the one-line Radom model marking,
smooth backstrap, and an eliminated takedown hook. The frame, slide and barrel
are matching numbered, with proofs visible on the slide and “eagle/623” stamps on
the frame and barrel. Fitted with a pair of ribbed grips.
CONDITION: Excellent, with 98% plus phosphate gray finish, showing a few thin spots
in the finish, light handling
marks and a small amount
of spotting. The grips are
also excellent, with a few
light dings. The hold-open
occasionally fails to
engage, otherwise
mechanically excellent.

Very Fine World War II Era Commercial Walther Model PP Semi-Automatic Pistol with Holster and Extra Magazine - Serial no. 166768P, 7.65 mm auto cal., 3 3/4 inch round bbl., blue finish, plastic grips. Manufactured in 1940 for the commercial market. Features fixed blade front and notch rear sights, standard marking on the left of the slide, ring hammer, and 60 degree safety. The right side of the chamber and slide are “eagle/N” proofed. Fitted with a pair of “Walther banner” marked checkered plastic grips with a polymer thumb extension on the magazine. Includes an extra magazine and “A. WUNDERLICH NACHE/1938/BERLIN” marked leather flap holster.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 85% plus original
blue finish with limited minor edge wear, plum
coloration to the trigger, thinning on the frame, and light spotting in the frame finish. Grips are exceptionally fine with minor handling marks, pink paint on the grip screw, and crisp checkering. The holster is fine with smooth supple leather. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 1,400 - 2,250

Occupation Production Polish Radom VIS-35/P.35(p) Semi-Automatic Pistol with Kriegsmarine German Naval Marking, Holster, and Extra Magazine - Serial no. 6180, 9 mm
cal., 4 3/4 inch round bbl., blue finish, plastic grips. Originally the main sidearm of Poland’s military, the VIS-35 was rebranded the P.35(p) and pressed into service by the Germans following their invasion and occupation of Poland. A number of early production P.35(p) pistols were routed to the Kriegsmarine’s North Sea depot; while not listed in Jan Still’s “Axis Pistols”, this pistol is just one digit off (6181) from a documented Kriegsmarine Radom. Fixed blade front and notch
rear sights, with the one-line Radom marking on the
left side of the slide, along with the German model
marking and proofs. with “WaA77” on both the slide
and frame. The frame, slide and extractor are matching
numbered, with the replacement barrel numbered
“975”. A set of Kriegsmarine markings have been
applied through the bluing on the frame, with a “N”
on the frontstrap and “eagle/swastika/M” on the left side. Fitted with
a set of checkered “FB” and “VIS” grip panels. Included with the lot is a
pair of extra grips (one checkered “FB” left panel and a smooth right
panel), a modified brown leather holster and an extra magazine.
CONDITION: Very fine, with 80% plus original blue finish, with areas of brown and gray patina, bright edge wear, and minor spotting and handling marks. The correct replacement grips are excellent, with some chips and scratches. Holster is good as modified, with minor tears and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.

Excellent Walther Model HP Commercial Semi-
Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 2721, 9 mm Luger cal.,
5 inch round bbl., blue finish, plastic grips. This is an excellent example
of a Commercial Walther HP semi-automatic pistol in 9mm parabellum.
Forerunner to the Walther P.38, the Walther Model HP (Heeres Pistole, literally
Army Pistol) is most commonly seen proofed for commercial sale in Germany and
abroad. Blade and notch sights, with the Walther banner, two-line address/caliber
marking and “Mod HP” on the left side of the slide, commercial “crown/N” proofs on the right of
the slide, barrel, locking lug and frame, and matching numbers on the right of the frame, front of
the barrel lug, the underside of the slide and locking lug. “35” marked on the right side of the barrel;
noted on other examples of HP pistols although its origin is unknown. “Cewe”, “480” and “1” mold
markings on the interiors of the checkered grip panels.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 97% plus bright original high polish blue finish, showing some minor
handling marks and minor finish wear on the leading edges of the slide. The grips are also excellent, with a few minor scratches. Mechanically excellent.

World War II German Mauser “byf” Code “42” Date P.08 Luger Semi-
Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 7570l, 9 mm Luger Auto cal., 4 inch round bbl.,
blue finish, walnut grips. Features fixed blade front and notch rear sights, “42”
date on the chamber, and “byf” factory code on the front toggle link. “P.08” is
marked on the left of the frame. “Eagle” firing proofs are present on the barrel, breechblock and extension, along with “eagle/135” proofs on the extension. With matching visible serial numbers
on the frame, barrel, and extension, along with matching “70” partials on the takedown lever, trigger, side plate, safety, toggle pin, both toggle links, breech block, extractor, and breech block catch. Fitted with a pair of unmarked checkered walnut grips and a blued magazine with “eagle/63” proofed aluminum base numbered to another pistol.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 90% plus original blue finish with light edge wear primarily on the muzzle, thinning on the extension, faint spotting,
and minor handling marks. The grips
are also excellent with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
