Engraver Jose Baerton. The gun features a single gold trigger and tang mounted safety/selector with gold “U”, “O”, and “S” markings.
Beautiful, highly figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with fancy checkering and vented Browning recoil pad. This shotgun is consecutively numbered to the following lot. Includes a Browning leatherette takedown
case. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech .725/.724 inches; choke constriction .027/.033
inches; minimum wall thickness .045/.040 inches; 1 7/16 inch drop at comb; 1 1/2 inch drop at heel; 14 5/16 inch length of pull; weight 8 lbs. 3 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks, crisp engraving, and crisp stock and forend checkering. The lower ejector needs work, but is otherwise mechanically excellent. Case is very fine.
