Excellent Documented Pre-War Colt Government Model National Match Semi-Automatic Pistol with Box and Factory Letter - Serial no. C182148, 45 ACP cal., 5 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut
grips. The included factory letter confirms the pistol’s configuration, including caliber, barrel length, blue finish, type of stocks not listed, and
furnished with an adjustable rear sight when shipped alone to Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Co. of Chicago, Illinois, on August 11,
1939. Features fixed blade front and adjustable notch
rear sights, “MATCH/COLT 45 AUTO” marked on the underside of the blued barrel with polished chamber hood, checkered slide stop, thumb safety, short trigger, and wide hammer, along with an arched checkered mainspring housing. The left side of the matching numbered slide has the standard two-
line address and patent dates, while the right has the standard “NATIONAL MATCH” and Colt markings followed by the “rampant colt”, with matching “182/148” serial number marked behind the firing pin
stop. The frame is marked with “X” and VP” on the left of the trigger guard, with “GOVERNMENT MODEL” and serial number on the right side. Fitted with a pair of
checkered walnut grips. The two-toned magazine has a pinned base. Includes the original numbers matching Colt factory box with hang tag, original factory tes
fire target, manual, and bore brush.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 90% original blue finish along with minor edge wear, some thinning on the main spring housing, limited spotting and brown patina, a faint takedown drag line, minor cycling wear, and otherwise limited handling marks. The grips are excellent with original oil finish and well defined checkering. Mechanically excellent. Box is fine with detached lid, staining, edge wear, slight compression, and mostly retained end label along with clear serial number on the bottom. This example would be a exemplary addition for any advanced Colt or National Match collection!

Exceptional Documented Colt Camp Perry Single Shot Single Action Target Pistol with Original Box and
Factory Letter - Serial no. 2105, 22 LR cal., 8 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured from 1920 to 1941,
with this example manufactured in 1934. The Camp Perry Model was created by modifying an Officer’s Model frame to accept a special flat single-shot “cylinder”. Colt named this model after
the site of the U.S. Target Competition held annually at
Camp Perry, Ohio. Only 2,525 Camp Perry pistols were
manufactured. This example has standard markings and
features, with the included factory letter confirming the
current configuration of caliber, scarce 8 inch barrel length, finish, and checkered walnut stocks when manufactured on July 5, 1934, and subsequently sent in a shipment of two to H & D Folsom Arms Company of New York, New York, on July
  20, 1934. Includes original Colt factory box numbered to the pistol with reproduction end label, original test fire target, takedown tool, and bore brush.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 90% plus original blue finish with minor edge wear and thinning on the cylinder, limited spotting/pitting, and cycling wear. Grips are excellent with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Box is fine with staining and edge wear.

Excellent Colt .22-.45 Service Model Conversion Kit with Box and Factory Letter - , 22 LR , 5 inch round bbl., blue finish. Manufactured in 1946, with the included factory letter confirming the caliber, barrel length, and finish when sent in a shipment of three to Clapp and Treat of Hartford, Connecticut, on November 1, 1946. Features fixed lade front and adjustable rear sights, with “U2341” stamped on top of the slide, the two-line address and
patent marks on the left of the slide, and the model nomenclature on the right. A full-blue Colt Service Model magazine is included. Includes a correct unnumbered Colt factory box, recoil spring, spring guide, plunger, slide catch, extractor, and the previously mentioned magazine. CONDITION: Excellent retaining 98% plus original blue finish on the conversion components with limited minor edge wear and handling marks on the slide. Mechanically untested. Box is exceptionally fine with limited edge wear.
