This fantastic double rifle takes the beauty and quality one expects to see
from a dangerous game double rifle to a whole new level with its exceptional and extensive decoration and craftsmanship. The rifle is built with blued Bohler Super Blitz steel barrels with ramped blade front sight and fixed rear sight on the raise quarter rib which is beautifully scroll engraved and marked “KDF-Inc Seguin Tex” and “H. Dirnberger-Ferlach Austria”. Each barrel shows a 3 1/4 inch wedge

of floral scroll engraving at the breech with a pair of accompanying gold bands and line designs intertwining with the barrel wedges. The coin grey finished sidelock action displays absolutely fantastic deep cut scroll engraving across the fences, receiver, and lockplates with the majority of the scroll being inlaid in gold and set against
a finely matted background. There is braided gold inlaid vinework running down the length of either bolster meshing nicely with the gold work on the fences. The rifle also shows off three intricately relief engraved gold inlaid African game scenes wrought in fine detail.
