hooded, beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear sights with standard manufacturers marks. The receiver features floral scroll engraving and borders with an elk scene on the left and a white-tailed deer scene on the right with the animals being gold washed. The left side of the action, right above the lever link is signed “T.NAKA”. Mounted in a nicely figured, multipoint checkered walnut pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate. Includes original box. This lot is
collector serialized with several other Brownings in this auction. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue and French Gray finishes with limited handling marks and crisp engraving and stock checkering. Mechanically excellent. Manufactured in 1985. Featuring beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear sights. The receiver features floral scroll engraving with a deer scene on the left and puma scene on the right with both animals being gold washed. The right side is signed “T MORI” below the puma. Mounted with a lightly figured, multipoint checkered walnut straight grip stock and Schnaebel tip forend. This

Standard markings and features for the deluxe model. Includes Leupold 3x9 Vari-X IIc Scope. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks and a small patch of slightly softened checkering on the left side of the stock. Mechanically excellent. Scope is also excellent with clear optics and a crisp reticle. Estimate: 3,500 - 5,500
LOT 3541 Wyoming Armory/Ballard Arms Model 1885 High Wall Falling Block Rifle in .38-55 - Serial no. W555, 38-55 Win cal., 30 inch heavy octagon bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Features hooded blade front and tang peep sights and No. 3 heavy octagon barrel which is mounted with casehardened scope blocks and marked only with the caliber at the receiver and serial number under the forearm. The frame, breach block, hammer, and lever are also casehardened and the frame is marked at the lower front edge with the serial number and on the upper tang beneath the tang sight with the maker marks. Fitted with nitre blue screws. Mounted in a beautifully figured walnut forend Schnabel tip forend and straight grip stock with ebony insert and casehardened buttplate. Includes a generic hard case, front sight inserts, and a shipping box. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish and case colors with limited handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,250 - 3,750 LOT 3542 Engraved Wyoming Armory/Ballard Rifle LLC Ballard A1 Mid Range Single Shot Rifle - Serial no. C933, 32-40 cal., 30 inch heavy part octagon bbl., blue/casehardened finish, walnut stock. Features hooded front and peep tang sight. The heavy part octagon barrel is fitted with casehardened scope blocks and is marked with the caliber and blackpowder load designation at the breach and with the serial number and “B” beneath the forearm. The action is casehardened and features two bands of wavy line engraving on top with “Ballard A.1.” and “Mid Range” in Gothic font and on a scroll on the left and right sides respectively. The left side of the action is marked with the maker marking on the upper left side and serial number on the lower front edge. Mounted in a spectacularly figured multipoint checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with ebony forend tip and casehardened buttplate. Includes a generic hard case. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish and case colors with limited handling marks, crisp engraving, and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
