a Zeiss Diavari-ZM 1.5-6x42 T* scope on the matted solid rib. The barrels show attractive
scrollwork surrounding the upper breech, import mark under the forend, and 1990 dated
German proofs. The shotgun barrel has a chamber proved at 70mm (2 3/4 inches) and a
choke constriction of .040 inches. The coin finished bolstered, hand detachable sidelock action displays a pair of highly detailed and attractive relief
game scenes surrounded by leafy scrollwork. The left sideplate shows a roaring red stag with his harem of three hinds in a mountain side forest and the right has four chamois running across rocky terrain. The gun features double triggers, cocking indicators on the lockplates, and a tang mounted manual safety switch. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered three-piece forend with engraved fittings, including the Deeley latch release, and pistol grip
stock with raised cheekpiece and black grip cap and buttplate. Length of pull 14 5/16 inches. Weight 9 lbs. 12 oz. with scope.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue finish, 95% plus original coin finish with some loss on the upper tang, minor handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. The scope optics are sharp. Mechanically excellent.

over “IMPERIALE-MONTECARLO”. The highly figured straight grip stock features teardrop carved flats, an extended lower tang, and a checkered bare butt. Barrel and stock measurements (R/L): bore diameter nine inches from the breech both proved at 18.3mm (.720 inches) and measured .723/.722 inches; choke constriction .034/.040 inches; minimum wall thickness .031/.030 inches; 1 7/16 inch drop at comb; 2 5/16 inch drop at heel; 14 1/16 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs.
CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 99% reapplied blue finish with some plum color on the toplever and 99% original coin finish with some areas of light oil discoloration. The gun shows minor handling evidence overall. There is a crack near the front right of the forend, otherwise the wood is also very fine with a few minor scratches and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

stock. Blued Bohler Antinit steel barrels with a single brass bead sight on the matted concave solid rib,
import mark under forend, 1958 dated Italian proofs, and 2 3/4 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The
coin finished sidelock action displays beautifully executed floral scroll engraving covering nearly the entire surface,
including the toplever, trigger guard, and both tangs. The triggerplate is signed “F. IORA INC.” to the right of the trigger for
the highly skilled Italian engraver Ferruccio Iora. The gun features bushed firing pins, a single trigger, and a tang mounted manual
safety switch. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered splinter forend with engraved fittings, including the Anson button release, and a gold inlaid emblem with a coronet
