SWD/Polytech AKS-223 Automatic Rifle, Class III/ NFA Fully Transferable Machine Gun - Serial no. PF85-000389, 7.62x39 mm cal., 13 inch round bbl.,
The block post on the right side of the receiver
has been altered and a new safety lever position cut, restoring the traditional AK “safe/full/semi” functionality to the selector with “S”/”(blank)”/”F” markings. Fitted with a smooth forearm, checkered pistol grip, and an underfolding buttstock. CONDITION: Very fine as upgraded to full auto, with 80% plus blue finish, showing areas of brown patina and mild handling marks. The forearm has a pinned repair, and the forearm and pistol grip show minor scuffs and dings. Mechanically excellent. NOTE:
This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.

a 7.62x39mm select fire assault rifle. Hooded post
and tangent rear sights, with a threaded muzzle. The original model and caliber markings on the receiver have not been adjusted, and still indicate 5.56x45 chambering and semi-auto status, with the trunnion bearing the serial number on the left side, the KFS address on the underside ahead of the magazine well, and the SWD address alongside the trigger.
