Attractive Engraved and Gold Inlaid Colt Second Generation Single Action Army Revolver with Pearl Grips and Case - Serial no. 14564SA, 38 Special cal., 5
1/2 inch round bbl., blue finish, pearl medallion grips. Manufactured in 1957 and subsequently elaborately custom embellished. The revolver displays beautifully executed floral scroll engraving which surrounds a bear bust on the recoil shield and a bison on the ejector housing
  with two gold bands inlaid
at the muzzle, a single band
at the breech end, and a band at the rear of the cylinder.
The engraving extends onto the hammer. Fitted with blade front and frame notch rear sight and a set of pearl grips. Matching serial numbers are stamped on the barrel, frame, and triggerguard with matching assembly numbers on the front of the cylinder and inside the loading gate. The frame is inlaid with a wire border. Includes a black leather covered French fit case with purple velvet lining.
CONDITION: Very fine as professionally custom embellished, retaining 99% plus blue finish with limited handling marks, softened markings, and crisp engraving. Grips are very fine with fiery colors and a minor chip out of the right butt.
Mechanically excellent.

Signed Engraved and Gold Inlaid Colt Third Generation Single Action Army Revolver with Case - Serial no. SA12459, 45 Long Colt cal., 7 1/2 inch round bbl., blue/ casehardened finish, smooth grips. Manufactured in 1978 and subsequently embellished. The revolver is gold inlaid with two bands at the muzzle, breech, rear of the ejector housing, and rear of the cylinder. The barrel also shows
the model and caliber markings inlaid in gold with an oval border. The frame, hammer, and sides of the back strap have a gold inlaid border. The barrel, frame, cylinder, hammer,
back strap, and triggerguard display nicely executed floral scroll engraving with a punch dot background with gold inlaid dots in the cylinder flutes. The work is signed “LeS” on the ejector rod housing and flanked by floral scrollwork. Includes a fitted Colt wood display case.
CONDITION: Excellent overall as embellished, retaining
99% blue finish and vibrant case colors with limited handling marks, crisp engraving, and grip with an attractive coloration and a single age line on the butt of the right side. Mechanically excellent. Case is very fine.
