Engraved Wirnhier Arms/Josef Just Sidelock Ejector Double Rifle with Zeiss Scope - Serial no. 24114, 9.3x74 cal., 25 5/8 inch solid rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. The rifle’s serial number indicates that the action was built by Ferlach gunmaker Josef Just and the finish work was carried out by the Wirnhier firm. Blued Bohler Rasant steel
barrels with ramped beaded blade front sight as well as a dovetailed rear notch sight and scope mountings for an included Zeiss Diavari-Z 1.5-6x42 T* scope on the
raised rear quarter rib. The barrels are marked “WIRNHIER 9.3 X 74R”
on the sunken rib and have 2 1/2 inch wedges of floral scroll engraving at either breech, standard Ferlach proofs,
and gold plated ejectors. The coin finished, bolstered sidelock action displays near full coverage scroll engraving on a matted background with an attractive and tasteful use of negative space with the engraving extending to the
tangs, triggerguard, and toplever. The gun features bushed firing pins, gold plated double triggers, and a manual tang mounted safety switch. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered Schnabel tip forend with engraved fittings, including
the Deeley style release and pistol grip stock with contrasting grip cap inlaid with a silver plaque reading “LOWELL LAWSON/BAVARIA/JANUARY 1988”, and rubber
recoil pad. Includes a soft case and photographs from a hunt on which the rifle was used near Munich, Germany. Length of pull 14 1/16 inches. Weight 9 lbs 7 oz scope included. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes, limited handling evidence, and overall sharp checkering on the stock and forend. The case is excellent. Scope optics are sharp. Mechanically excellent. Provenance: The Klaus Meyer Collection. Estimate: 12,000 - 18,000

Antonio Zoli Express Over/Under Double Rifle with Case - Serial no. A013, 450/400 N.E. 3” cal., 25 1/2 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 2008. Blued steel barrels marked “Antonio Zoli” on the left with ramped front fiber optic sight and two leaf (one standing one folding) express rear sight on a raised quarter rib, “.450/.400 N.E. 3”” marked lump, light engraving at the breech and ejectors. Blued action with light flourishes of engraving on the side with “ZOLI EXPRESS” below, engraved cross bolt and borders, “EXPRESS” in a oval panel, “ZOLI” surrounded by floral scroll, matted top and release lever, manual safety and dual triggers, and signed “inc. Ri. Pa”. Mounted in a beautifully contrasted multipoint checkered walnut stock with Schnabel forend, Deeley latch, shadow line cheekpiece, and solid red recoil pad. Includes Zoli
takedown case. Length of pull is 15 1/4 inches. Weight is 8 lbs. 13 oz. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 98% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks, a few marks from scope mounting on the quarter rib, and crisp engraving. Wood is very good with scattered dings and scratches and some dings in the otherwise crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Case is very fine with storage and handling marks.

Blued steel barrels with ramped beaded blade front sight, fixed high visibility rear sight on the raised quarter rib along with scope mounts and the marking “Express CHAPUIS FRANCE”, French proofs, and chambers with ejectors. The coin finished boxlock action displays attractive tight floral scroll engraving with “SUPER ORION/CHAPUIS
