rib, standard Krieghoff markings, 2011 dated German proofs, fixed chokes marked improved modified/full, and 76 mm (3 inch) chambers with automatic ejectors.
The coin finished action displays attractive broad floral scroll engraving surrounding oval game bird
scenes on either side along with “K-80/KRIEGHOFF/Germany” on the underside. The scroll extends to
the triggerguard, top latch, toplever, and upper tang. The gun features a single selective trigger and a manual tang mounted safety. Beautifully figured, multi-point checkered
Schnabel tip forend with engraved fittings, including the Deeley style release, and pistol grip stock with right hand palm swell, adjustable comb, and a Kick-Eez recoil pad.
Includes an extra unsingle barrel with raised vent rib that measures 34 inches with interchangeable chokes (2 installed) and a 2 3/4” chamber with automatic ejector. Also included is a Krieghoff takedown case
that houses both barrels. Barrel measurements for the unsingle barrel: bore diameter nine inches from the breech proved at 18.6 mm (.732 inches) and measured at .735 inches; minimum wall thickness .041 inches. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes, limited handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. The case and extra barrel are excellent. Mechanically excellent.
