Limited Edition Andy’s Custom Guns/Caspian Arms Ltd. National Rifle Association Ring of Freedom Model 1911
Pistol, Serial Number “ROF1”, with NRA Letter - Serial no. ROF1, 45 ACP cal., 5 inch round bbl., stainless finish, synthetic
grips. Manufactured c. early 21st century in Wolcott, Vermont. Features fixed green fiber optic insert front and Novak pattern
adjustable target notch rear sights, a stainless barrel marked “KART 45 NM” with a jeweled chamber hood, serrations at the
front and rear of the slide, checkered front strap and flat mainspring housing, high polish on the sides of the slide contrasted
with matte stainless on top, along with high polish on the skeletonized trigger, magazine release, slide catch, extended
thumb safety, lightened hammer, and extended beaver tail grip safety. The slide is marked with “Andy’s Custom Guns” on
the left and “NRA/RING of FREEDOM” on the right side, with the frame marked “RING of FREEDOM” on the left along with
the frame manufacturer’s address and “ROF1” serial number on the right side. Fitted with a pair of VZ Operator II G10 grips.
Includes a May 3, 2013, dated letter from the National Rifle Association (NRA) listing the pistol by serial number as one of
five 1911 pistols commissioned by NRA Sing of Freedom National Advisory Council Member Jon Isaacs, crafted by Andy
Anderson of Andy’s Custom Guns, and it was sold to the winning bidder of the NRA Institute for Legislative Action Dinner
and Auction, signed at the bottom by then NRA vice president Wayne LaPierre and NRA-ILA executive director Chris Cox.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, with some minor cycling wear, limited minor handling evidence, along with crisp grip strap
and grip checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Coonan Inc. Classic .357 Mag. 1911 Pattern Semi-Automatic Pistol, Serial Number
“BROWNELLS”, with Case - Serial no. BROWNELLS, 357 Magnum cal., 5 1/2 inch round
bbl., stainless finish, hardwood grips. Re-introduced in 2009 as an improved version
of the older generation Coonan Arms Co. iterations of the semi-automatic magnum
pistol design produced c. 1980s-1990s, the “Model C” or Classic pistol was the flagship
model for the reformed Coonan Inc., which remained in business until 2019. Features
fixed dovetailed white-dot blade front and adjustable notch rear sights, bead blasted
stainless finish on the ventral and dorsal line contrasted with polished sides, “.357 MAG”
marked stainless barrel, caliber designation etched into the left of the slide, along with
the Coonan Inc. address and custom “BROWNELLS” serial number on the right of the
frame. Fitted with a pair of smooth hardwood grips with laser etched Coonan Inc. logos.
Includes a Coonan Inc. soft case fitted for the pistol and an extra magazine.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, with some minor cycling wear on the barrel, limited minor
handling evidence, and crisp markings. Mechanically excellent. The case is very fine.

Nighthawk Custom/Universal Coin & Bullion Factory Engraved and Gold Inlaid Model 1911 Semi-
Automatic Pistol with Indian Head Coin Grips and Case - Serial no. NHC10325, 45 ACP cal., 5 inch round bbl.,
stainless/gold finish, hardwood grips. Manufactured in Berryville, Arizona, c. early 21st century as a collaboration
with Universal Gold & Bullion. Features fixed Tritium insert Trijicon blade front and “HIENIE” serrated notch rear
sights, stainless barrel marked “NIGHTHAWK/MATCH 45ACP” on the chamber hood, sections of floral pattern scroll
engraving with punch-dot backdrops at the front and rear sides of the slide, the Nighthawk logo mark on the left
of the slide and the Universal Coin & Bullion logo marked and inlaid in gold on the right, the Nighthawk address
and serial number on the right of the frame, serrated and skeletonized long adjustable trigger, extended thumb
safety, skeletonized hammer, extended beavertail grip safety, checkered front strap, and straight mainspring
housing with integrated magazine well flare. Fitted with a pair of smooth hardwood grips with $5 gold Indian
Head coin inserts, with the head face up on the right panel and the tail face up on the left panel. Includes a
Universal Coin & Bullion and Nighthawk Custom marked hardwood presentation case fitted for the pistol.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% gold inlays with limited minor handling
evidence along with bright and crisp engraving. The right grip is excellent
with a few minor handling marks on the exceptionally fine left grip
panel. Mechanically excellent. The case is very fine with some light
storage marks.
